Dr. Russell Meyer is an experienced radiologist with fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging. Dr. Meyer earned his medical degree from The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. Dr. Meyer then completed an internal medicine internship and diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT. After finishing his residency, he moved to New York City for fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
Dr. Meyer has served on multiple UVM Medical Center Department committees, as well as serving on the faculty at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine and the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City.
When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Dr. Meyer responded, “interactions with healthcare providers and patients.”
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children doing outdoor activities, including skiing, skating, biking, and hiking.

I enjoy using my advanced knowledge of medical imaging to help providers diagnose their patients early and accurately in order to provide the highest level of care possible.
