Dr. Andrew Rivera Joins Our Emergency/Teleradiology Team
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Andrew Rivera has joined our Emergency/Teleradiology team at Consulting Radiologists, Ltd. As a highly skilled musculoskeletal radiologist, Dr. Rivera brings exceptional expertise and a patient-centered approach to our organization.
After earning his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, Dr. Rivera completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Connecticut. He then pursued a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (West), gaining comprehensive experience across various clinical settings.
Driven by his passion for musculoskeletal imaging, Dr. Rivera further honed his skills through a fellowship at the esteemed Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. This advanced training has equipped him with cutting-edge techniques for diagnosing bone, joint, and soft tissue disorders.
At Consulting Radiologists, Ltd., Dr. Rivera excels in interpreting a wide range of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. His quick and accurate analyses are crucial in emergency situations, where timely diagnoses can significantly impact patient outcomes.
Dr. Rivera finds fulfillment in the diverse and complex cases he encounters, as well as in his role as a consultant across multiple medical specialties.
