Dr. Jeannette Spilde is a fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologist with over 20 years of experience in women’s imaging and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to her patients.

Dr. Spilde earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School in San Antonio, Texas. Her journey continued with a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin, where her dedication and research contributions were acknowledged with the RSNA Resident Research Trainee Prize.

Following residency, she pursued a breast imaging fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. During her fellowship, Dr. Spilde actively engaged in full-field digital mammography research.

Dr. Spilde is passionate about alleviating patient concerns to the highest degree, accomplished through her attentive listening, thorough evaluations, and the provision of clear and educational guidance.

Beyond her work, Dr. Spilde enjoys a variety of interests, including walking in nature, cooking, reading, and watching movies. She values spending quality time with friends and family and playing with her beloved pug. Her personal health goal is to learn the Tai Chi 24 Form, and she emphasizes the importance of self-care in maintaining one’s well-being.

Dr. Spilde takes great pride in raising a disabled child and has learned invaluable lessons from her patients, including courage, respect for the body, and ways to meet life as it is.

I am a clinical breast radiologist, integrating my imaging expertise with patient concerns, clinical history, family history, and breast exams. I collaborate with other providers and the patient to deliver excellent personalized care.
